Caught on Camera: Toppling Crane Cuts Through Side of Russian Apartment Building

A construction crane in Russia toppled over onto an apartment building Sunday, tearing down a line of balconies and destroying some cars parked below. Amazingly, no one was injured in the incident.

Video of the event was taken by Olga Bykova in Kirov. Russian Emergencies Ministry said none of the 250 residents inside the building suffered injuries but seven vehicles were impacted. You can here security alarms going off in the video.
