One of the hidden gems at Man in the Moon is Covenant America's amazing art gallery, featuring stunning paintings that touch upon America's Christian heritage and political system.
Among the 15 pieces (we'll be exploring the gallery in a front page story later tonight) is a depiction of George Washington (actually, it's a painting featuring a statue of his likeness).
Behind the image of the nation's first president, the artist, Lee Griffiths, included flashes of lightening and forestry. According to an official description, the "painting is the lead into the great miracles of the covenant including the five times during the American Revolution."
