Oh My God!': Hear the Frantic 911 Call in the Case of College Student Arrested After Buying Bottled Water

"We're in the Harris Teeter parking lot and we're being chased."

The voices are panicked, cries of "Oh my God, oh my God!" punctuating the 911 call.

The caller was one of several Virginia college students for whom a nighttime trip to buy food and beverages, including sparkling bottled water, for a sorority event turned into a nightmare.

The 911 audio, obtained by radio host Rob Schilling, details the women's terror as plainclothes Alcoholic Beverage Control agents outside the grocery store surrounded their car, suspecting they had just purchased beer.

University of Virginia student Elizabeth Daly, 20, spent a night in jail and was facing felony charges after agents said she grazed them with her car trying to get away. Daly's charges have since been withdrawn.

"We are surrounded by, like, six people and they started flashing what they -- they were yelling at us and then we didn't know if they were real police officers or not because they weren't in uniform and they started holding up badges but we didn't look at the badges because we were freaking out and so we started driving away, what should we do?" the caller says.

The emergency dispatcher says there were "ABC officials" in the area and advises them to stop driving.

After the women pull over, the dispatcher asks to speak with an agent, who identifies himself as an ABC official.

"They were really scared, I don't think they knew you were cops," the dispatcher says.

"We were showing badges and everything and she stood right in front of them and they pulled up started to run over people," the agent says.
