Mike Tyson Emotionally Confesses He's Been Lying About Sobriety: 'I'm on the Verge of Dying

"I'm never gonna use again"

Boxing legend Mike Tyson confessed on Friday that he has been actively "lying" about his sobriety and told reporters he wants a fresh start.

"I wanna live my sober life," Tyson said, during his first press conference as a boxing promoter. "I don't wanna die. I'm on the verge of dying, because I'm a vicious alcoholic."

"I haven't drank or took drugs in six days, and for me that's a miracle," Tyson continued. "I've been lying to everybody else that think I was sober, but I'm not."

"This is my sixth day," he concluded. "I'm never gonna use again."
