Over the weekend, whispers started emerging that lawmakers may have been taking breaks to meet with one of Washington's most popular Als while they were supposed to be doing the people's business. No, not Al Gore...alcohol. And now once again the accusations are flying after two journalists sent messages saying the stench was so strong they could smell it as lawmakers walked by last night.

Her colleague, Sam Stein, said he could confirm it -- and it was both Democrats and Republicans:
So far, though, no one is naming names.
