What Hillary's parking ticket has to do with the debt ceiling

The opening line from a story in The Independent, a British newspaper:

At a time when America’s debt ceiling crisis threatens to cause global meltdown, a London parking warden gave bean-counters of the world’s largest economy something else to worry about.

That "something else" was the parking ticket issued Saturday to a car belonging to former State Secretary Hillary Clinton's team.

The Independent gets points for at least trying very hard to make the debt ceiling and a parking ticket seem related.
