Obama's Approval Rating Hits Yet Another All-Time Low

"Obama's job approval rating has fallen to the level of former President George W. Bush at the same period of his Presidency."

President Barack Obama's approval rating has dropped to its lowest point ever (again), according to a new Quinnipiac University poll.

Just 39 percent of American voters approve of Obama's job performance, while 54 percent disapprove. It's the lowest number Obama has received in any Quinnipiac University poll since he became president.

Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, said "Obama's job approval rating has fallen to the level of former President George W. Bush at the same period of his Presidency."

Further, only 19 percent of Americans believe their quality of health care will improve in the next year due to Obamacare, while 43 percent say it will get worse and 33 percent say the Affordable Care Act won't impact their health care.

While Obama received a 52-42 percent approval rating for his handling of terrorism, he received negative support on an array of other issues:

38 - 53 percent on foreign policy;

35 - 53 percent on immigration;

32 - 62 percent on the federal budget;

36 - 60 percent on health care;

38 - 59 percent on the economy.
