Vice President Joe Biden wrapped up his trip to Panama City, Panama, Tuesday where he was meeting with government officials to discuss U.S. relations with the country and Panama's economic expansion. According to a White House pool report, the day's events took a toll on Biden:
The heat, humidity and pace of the day had seemed to tire the VP; he rambled a bit, mangled some words and twice introduced his American delegation of VIPs, stumbling over Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed's name.
The high in Panama City for the day was 86 F with 94 percent humidity.
