President Obama delivered a lengthy speech last week on his administration's intentions to reform the National Security Agency's information gathering techniques. Jon Stewart of "The Daily Show" didn't buy into it.
"It's a great strategy," Stewart said Monday. "Obama has a relatively impossible task so he thought rather than attempt it why not talk so long and boringly that people stop listening? It's the old Hope-a-dope.
