Obama has thrown in the towel on trying to 'change' Washington, says Gibbs

On MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Tuesday, former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said President Obama's once-heralded dream of trying to change the culture of Washington is no more.
"The ability to change Washington, I think, is something that long ago the White House sort of stopped trying to do," Gibbs said. "Whether or not that's a good thing, we'll look back on history."
