I Do Not Do That!': In Fiery Rant, Rush Limbaugh Issues Challenge to NPR Guest Host

“Don’t you just love these erudite, sophisticated liberals talking about this?”

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Monday issued a challenge to an NPR guest host after the host accused him of using racially derogatory language "many times" on his program.

Host Todd Zwillich excused Stephen Colbert for his controversial tweet last week, contending on his public radio program "The Takeaway" that the comedian was simply mocking Limbaugh when he made the remark.

According to the NPR guest host, "Stephen Colbert, doing what he often does, was actually echoing Rush Limbaugh, who has many times on his show, and without irony, referred to Asians with the ching-chong, or a ding-dong, or some kind of ethnically stupid angle like that. He was sort of doing Limbaugh.”

"Exactly," another guest echoed on the NPR program.

Limbaugh then issued a challenge to Zwillich.

“Don’t you just love these erudite, sophisticated liberals talking about this?” Limbaugh asked.

“I don’t know what they’re talking about," he continued. “‘Many times on my show, and without irony, referred to Asians with the' – I do not do that! And I would invite them to go find all of these ‘many times’ on the program.”
