Watch: This Australian author has a message about restoring America to greatness

Australian author Nick Adams has a new book out titled "The American Boomerang: How the World's Greatest 'Turnaround' Nation Will Do It Again."

In the book, Adams, who Glenn Beck recently lauded as being "more dedicated than most Americans are to...[telling] us the truth about ourselves," argues unabashedly for American exceptionalism.

The figurative "boomerang" that Adams calls for involves a return to the basic principles on which the country was founded -- a return that Adams feels Americans can and will make based on his observations as a foreigner of the nation's optimism, ingenuity and grit.
