Keith Sylvester Evans, 35, was charged with four counts of burglary in the first degree, child cruelty in the second degree, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a drug-related object; Johnna Lee Rayman, 26, was charged with one count of burglary and child cruelty in the second degree, WDUN added. Both were taken to jail without bond.

Authorities found stolen property during a warrant execution, the station said; the couple's child was taken by the Department of Family and Children Services.
