Another hostage situation is being reported near Paris.
The scene is unfolding at a post office in Colombes, where AFP reports a gunman is holding two people hostage. It is unknown if the situation is terror-related or if it has any ties to the Charlie Hebdo attack last week.
However, several sources have reported the incident may have to do with a disturbed man complaining about heartbreak.

From AFP:
Police sources said several post office clients had managed to escape and that the gunman himself had called them. The sources said he was "speaking incoherently" and was heavily armed with grenades and Kalashnikovs.
This is a breaking story. Updates will be added.
