Hillary Clinton, her campaign and supporters insist there is no scandal involved in the private email server she used during her tenure as secretary of state, instead calling the attention a "partisan" distraction.
For more than five months, the leading Democratic presidential candidate has insisted she did nothing wrong and asserted that she never sent or received any classified information through her private server. Since then, intelligence community investigators have flagged more than 300 emails as containing potentially classified information.
Clinton also insisted her email server would never surrendered — until last week, when "wiped clean" device was turned over to the FBI last week.
