Wow': When You See Catch Made by Blue Jays Outfielder, You'll Get Why He's Being Called 'Superman

"Wow."

That was the sports announcer's first reaction after seeing Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar make an incredible diving catch to rob Tampa Bay Rays catcher Lue Maile of a base hit Friday night.

The catch occurred in the bottom of the seventh inning with one out. Pillar sprinted to his left and made a spectacular leap to make the catch and put a new meaning to his "Superman" nickname.

The Blue Jays ultimately defeated the Rays 8-4.
