"I resolve to speak in vague but bombastic generalities more."

Republican presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) decided to have a little fun while sharing his New Year's resolutions on Twitter on Friday, and no one – his GOP rivals, Kentucky’s new Gov. Matt Bevin, or even Paul’s wife Kelley – was safe.
