Feminists fly banner warning Nevada senator to vote against Trumpcare. But there's one big problem.
June 27, 2017
Sen. Dean Heller is among five conservative Republicans presently opposed to the Senate's Obamacare replacement bill, joining Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Lee (Utah), Rand Paul (Ky.) and Ron Johnson (Wis.).
With that, a feminist group had a small plane on Monday toting a banner emblazoned with a loud-and-clear message to the Nevada senator: "Sen. Heller: Keep Your Word Vote No On Trumpcare."
But there was one rather large problem.
The plane was not flying over Nevada, but above Charleston, West Virginia — not exactly Heller country.
That state's Republican senator — Shelley Moore Capito — has not yet indicated opposition to Trumpcare.
Feminist group UltraViolet was behind the banner, the Washington Examiner reported.
