Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) unleashed a tirade Monday evening against President Donald Trump from her Twitter account and advocated for impeachment despite Democratic leadership cautioning for patience on the matter.
"Lying Trump came away from fake summit with terrorist & killer Kim Jong-un w/ nothing because Kim never intended to offer anything," she chided. "Don the con man got conned! Hey number 45, are you still in love w/ Kim?"

"No one can believe this unworthy president. He is the most prolific, consistent, good for nothing liar this country has ever experienced," she added, scolding the president for remarking that he believed Kim Jong Un when he told him he had nothing to do with the death of student Otto Warmbier, who was imprisoned in North Korea in 2016.

Waters then reacted to a report about the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi, adding, "Trump, God will never forgive you for siding w/ [Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud] on this murder."

"Obstruction of justice reality show," she continued. "Firing Comey, sending coded messages to Manafort & others that he has the power to pardon; lying abt Trump Tower meeting; threatening Cohen's in-laws; attempting to destroy Mueller. What more do we need to know? Impeachment is the only answer."

She accused Trump of lying based on a report claiming he intervened in order to obtain his son-in-law's government clearance. "Must give you credit," she tweeted. "You are the boldest, most daring liar I've ever heard of. A pox on all your houses."
"Trump," she continued, "you have screamed no collusion and no obstruction of justice so many times, trying to influence others, that I think you really believe your own lies."

Waters concluded with a demand for those sitting on the sidelines on impeachment to join the proactive proponents of removing the president from the White House.

"For the faint of heart," she concluded, "who've been waiting for every 't' to be crossed and every 'i' to be dotted, now is the time to demonstrate your patriotism. Support impeachment!"
Waters has been an outspoken critic of the president and has been calling for his impeachment since before the inauguration. On Friday, she appeared on MSNBC and claimed that Deutsche Bank was cooperating with her committee's investigation into the president's finances.
Despite the constant media attention on impeachment, Democrat leadership have cautioned members against jumping the gun without enough evidence against the president. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) shrunk back from supporting impeachment and said that she would defer to leadership on the issue.
Here's when Waters called for confrontations against Trump officials:
