Department of Justice under Loretta Lynch has waged war on law enforcement

Sheriff David Clarke, filling in for Glenn Beck on this episode of "The Glenn Beck Radio Program," welcomes Heritage Foundation senior legal fellow Hans von Spakovsky to the program to discuss the Justice Department's unbridled zeal in cracking down on law enforcement agencies across the country, ostensibly for misconduct and biased policing.

As Hans points out, the bureaucrats of the Civil Division of Obama's DOJ are typically liberal career lawyers with no law enforcement experience and a vendetta against police officers.

"Not only do they not have any experience in law enforcement, they have a real hostility to law enforcement," Hans states. "One of the folks that we know who heads that section (of the DOJ) has expressed his hatred for American law enforcement. ... They go far beyond what they're supposed to do. They often come to conclusions that aren't supported by the evidence. It's really one of the worst offices inside the Justice Department."
