Legendary comedian disgusted by Griffin's Trump stunt

Comedian and actor Joe Piscopo was none too pleased with comedic colleague Kathy Griffin after she posted a photo holding a fake bloodied head modeled after President Donald Trump. He told Fox's Neil Cavuto that what she did was "inexcusable, reprehensible."

He felt that CNN, who up until today employed her as a host on their New Year's Eve specials, should show "no mercy on that one." He also added, "She's a nice gal. That's what leads me to believe that maybe she was used."

Cavuto didn't seem to agree when he replied, "Well, she's also very smart. She's not an idiot."

Today on "The Chris Salcedo Show," Chris Salcedo noted that MSNBC and CNN were not covering the story. He felt the situation would be very different if the fake head was of former President Barack Obama, and that the omission speaks of an ongoing failure to acknowledge hateful rhetoric from the political left.
