Senator Lindsey Graham claims FBI told him Russia hacked his emails too

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) recently affirmed his belief that Russian agents hacked not only the DNC and John Podesta's emails but also Senator Graham's re-election campaign account. In a previously-unheard revelation, Senator Graham reports that the FBI informed him in August that his campaign vendor had been hacked by foreign agents.

As Doc Thompson points out, hacking an internet service provider and hacking an email account are not the same thing: "So their service provider was hacked. That's what he means by his emails were hacked. The FBI told him, 'Your service provider was hacked.'"

Doc isn't buying it: "Here's my question: why would anybody hack Lindsey Graham's — if you were trying to help Trump or Hillary or anyone. Lindsey Graham didn't have a shot at winning anything. Lindsey Graham wasn't a player. He was barely on stage with people. Why would they hack his?"
