Stu: Glenn was very wrong about ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2’

Stu Burguiere and Pat Gray gave Glenn Beck a hard time about his rave review of “Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2” on Wednesday’s “The Glenn Beck Radio Program.”

Last month, Glenn praised the “Guardians” sequel for its cast, special effects and script, calling it “close to the most perfect movie I’ve ever seen.”

“Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2” stars Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana; box office numbers as of this week show the movie grossing more than $845 million worldwide.

“It was a terrible, terrible film,” Stu said. “Not even mediocre; it was terrible. … How did you think that was a perfect movie?” He listed his big reasons for not liking it: terrible comedic moments, too much sentimentality and way too many explosions.

“It’s as if they had every special effect possible on a keyboard and they just mashed their hands against it the entire movie to see if something happened,” Stu said.
