The ‘OK’ symbol is now racist?

Apparently making the innocuous “OK” hand symbol is now a racist act, according to white supremacist internet users and the politically correct left.

Alt-right 4chan users reportedly started using “OK” in February as a way to troll the media with a fake hate symbol, and over the weekend, their plan worked.

Pro-Trump social media personalities Cassandra Fairbanks and Mike Cernovich visited the White House and were pictured making the “OK” hand symbol. A Fusion writer tweeted the image with the caption “just two people doing a white power hand gesture in the White House,” and the next tweetstorm outrage was born.

On Tuesday’s “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson,” Kal Elsebai and Kris Cruz tried to explain to Doc Thompson that using the “OK” hand gesture is no longer acceptable because it’s “racist.”

“The ‘OK’ sign. People already know what it means, and you were using it,” Kris scolded Doc. “Don’t you see the ‘W’ and the ‘P’?”
