WATCH: Skinny dipper cannonballs into Bass Pro Shops aquarium

A skinny dipper in Alabama recently took a plunge into Bass Pro Shops' aquarium.

Sara Gonzales plays the clip of the naked man as he proudly cannonballs into the water display before, much like a fish, flopping over the side of the tank and crashing painfully to the ground below.

“I have no idea if he was on something or if he was just having a mental health crisis,” laughs Sara, or “maybe he was practicing his cannonball form?”

However, all jokes aside, this incident does make one wonder how this man will be handled by law enforcement and the media. Will he be painted as a deviant who indecently exposed himself and recklessly damaged property? Or will he be painted as a victim as Bass Pro is castigated for having a hazardous water feature?

According to Stu Burguiere, the latter is far more likely.

“You know how this ends,” he sighs. “He just fell out of a tank and fell down 10 feet on concrete. This is a lawsuit; he wins.”

“When someone breaks into your home, you shoot them, and then you get charged with a crime, right? Like that's how the world works,” he explains, adding that he’s sure the man will be painted as “the victim.”

Sara agrees, adding, “This story highlights two separate problems in America: number one, the mental health crisis and number two, the epidemic of people suing for everything and getting paydays.”
