Bill O'Reilly: With GOP House loss, Trump has to 'rethink his confrontational strategy
November 07, 2018
On Wednesday's episode of “The Glenn Beck Radio Program,” Bill O’Reilly joined Glenn to weigh in on the loss of GOP control over the U.S. House of Representatives in Tuesday’s elections and how President Donald Trump should proceed now that he faces a Democratic House majority for the first time in his presidency.
"President Trump has to basically rethink his confrontational strategy for the next year," Bill said.
"He [Trump] hinted at it yesterday and said, 'Maybe I should soften it up a little.' And he should," Bill added. "Now, that doesn't mean he becomes a wuss. It doesn't mean he takes a lot of garbage from the press, which is flat out dishonest. It doesn't mean any of that. It just means he picks his battles a little bit more."
For his part, Trump has declared the midterm elections a success despite the GOP House loss, focusing instead on Republican wins in the Senate and individual states such as Florida.
Received so many Congratulations from so many on our Big Victory last night, including from foreign nations (friends) that were waiting me out, and hoping, on Trade Deals. Now we can all get back to work and get things done!

Ron DeSantis showed great courage in his hard fought campaign to become the Governor of Florida. Congratulations to Ron and family!
