Border Patrol stops MS-13 gang member posing as an 'Unaccompanied Alien Child' from entering US

The Border Patrol prevented an MS-13 gang member -- who posed as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) -- from entering the United States last week.

According to the Washington Times, Herberth Geovani Argueta-Chavez attempted to enter the U.S. with a group of 61 illegal immigrants.

After authorities questioned Argueta-Chavez intensely, he admitted that he was actually an adult and a member of MS-13. Argueta-Chavez, who is 18, is from El Salvador and also told authorities he was trying to leave the gang.

Those who fall under UAC laws are granted preferential treatment compared to Mexicans.

On Wednesday’s episode of “Pat Gray Unleashed,” Pat discussed the details of the story and railed against illegal immigration.
