"The View" ladies are at it again.
While talking about Justice Anthony Kennedy's retirement, Joy Behar slammed Republicans as a "dictatorship" because President Donald Trump will be nominating a replacement for Kennedy's spot on the Supreme Court.
"Let's have everybody a Republican. The Supreme Court, the Congress, the presidency," Behar said sarcastically. "What is that called? Dictatorship, I believe."
On today's show, Doc and Kris debunked these comments to point out that yes, it's the president's job to nominate Supreme Court justices as laid out in the Constitution and no, the founding fathers are not rolling over in their graves about this.
