Remember Sweet Cakes by Melissa? Oregon Christian bakers haven't given up the fight

Aaron and Melissa Klein are a Christian couple who started their own business: a family bakery called Sweet Cakes by Melissa. After six years, Sweet Cakes was shut down in 2013 after the Kleins were fined $135,000 for declining to make a cake for a same-sex wedding.

But their First Amendment battle isn’t over yet – the nonprofit First Liberty Institute is appealing to the Oregon Supreme Court to reverse the decision and uphold the Kleins’ right to free speech, religious freedom and due process.

Jeremy Dys, First Liberty deputy general counsel, joined the guys in the studio to talk about this crucial case and what it means for the future of religious freedom in America.
