Watch: You thought Harvey was bad, get ready for Hurricane Irma

Hurricane Irma hasn’t hit the United States yet, but it’s already the largest recorded hurricane in the Atlantic. A Category 5, Irma is expected to have upwards of 185 MPH winds, which can take out entire homes, and leave the land uninhabitable for months.

The hurricane has already hit the Caribbean islands, taking out the strongest buildings entirely. In comparison, Hurricane Harvey, a Category 4,  is responsible for at least 60 deaths, more than a million displaced victims, and hundreds of thousands of destroyed homes.

We urge you: if you have an evacuation notice in your area, please evacuate as soon as possible.
