Levin: ‘Political hack’ Yates is still wrong about Trump’s EO

In hour two of Monday’s radio program, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin took on Sally Yates’ testimony before Congress just hours earlier.

“Now this Sally Yates is a political hack, ladies and gentlemen,” Levin said before diving in to her “unheard of” insubordination.

Levin played audio of Senator John Kennedy, R-La. grilling Yates, the former acting-Attorney General who was fired by President Trump after refusing to enforce his executive order on immigration.

Listen:

Yates’ job was to presume that President Trump’s executive order was constitutional, as the office of legal counsel concluded, and enforce the order on behalf of the government and the people of the United States, Levin explained.

Levin then recounted the facts: namely that 15 percent of terror cases involved individuals who came to the United States as refugees. The facts supported President Trump’s executive order. The Constitution supported President Trump’s executive order.

“And Ms. Yates didn’t give a damn,” Levin said. “And then, frankly, neither do the Democrats.”
