All except three Democrats in the Senate just voted in favor of allowing infanticide go unpunished. They're saying the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act was a far-right attempt to limit a woman's access to abortion. On Tuesday's "White House Brief," host Jon Miller called out the "monsters" who propagate the lie that killing an infant after birth is a woman's right.
"We're not talking about unborn children anymore, but life outside the womb," said Jon. "We just had [five] Democrats who are running for President of the United States, who are running for the highest office in the land ... vote to kill newborn infants who survive abortion."
He listed the five Democratic presidential hopefuls who voted against the Born-Alive bill:
- Elizabeth Warren
- Bernie Sanders
- Kirsten Gillibrand
- Kamala Harris
- Amy Klobuchar
"To be clear, it is not abortion that we're talking about ... that is a separate argument," Jon continued. "You can drop all of your 'well, it's abortion, it's not a life yet, it's about women's health,' you can drop all of that bull-crap because that's not what we're talking about here."
