"We kind of grabbed him."
MONTESANO, Wash. -- Twelve minutes of freedom may mean twelve more months behind bars for a Grays Harbor County sex offender who ran from an officer. He was caught, not by K-9's or deputies, but by a pair of cable installers who happened to performing a phone and Internet installation just down the street from the county courthouse where Kenneth Herschler, 31, escaped.
Comcast employees Aaron Mefford and Jeff Furth said they didn't know what was going on at first, when their customer told them he had seen a man in a dark blue jumpsuit and handcuffs running down the alley.
