New Jersey Governor Chris Christie took time yesterday to respond to the news that the White House is digging up dirt on him in case he runs for president. And his response is starting to sound like a broken record: "I'm not going to be the Republican candidate for president or vice president in 2012."
Still, despite crushing the hopes (again) of droves of conservatives, he did bring up a good point. He's happy that whoever the dirt diggers are, they are wasting time on researching him and not a viable candidate for the nomination. Touche, Chris, Touche:
Since this story is sure not to die, and there will be continued Christie speculation up until the day of the election, we'll be sure to bring you future denials.
