Vice President Joe Biden's daughter Ashley is newly engaged, "People" magazine reported over the weekend. Her ball-and-chain to-be is Howard Krein who Biden has been dating for more than a year.
Krein is a plastic surgeon, according to the Washington Post. That likely brings a twinkle to future father-in-law Biden's eyelid.
