10-Year-Old Pulls Gun on Woman Who Joked She Was Going to Take His Halloween Candy

"No you're not, b*tch!"

 

Taking the "trick-or-treat" tradition entirely too seriously, a 10-year-old South Carolina boy pulled a gun on a woman Halloween night after she joked she was going to steal his candy.

According to local NBC affiliate WIS-TV, two brothers were among a group of trick-or-treaters Monday night. A 28-year-old woman who knew the boys came up to them and made the joke about the candy.

In response, one of the boys shouted, "No you're not, b*tch!" and pointed a 9-mm handgun at her.

A police incident report stated the gun wasn't loaded, though the boy did have an ammunition clip on him. His brother, also 10, told the woman he had a gun as well, but didn't show it to her. His gun was not loaded either.

Police recovered the guns and ammunition from the boys and arrested them and took them to the police station. They were eventually turned them back over to their parents.

According to the station, police said the boys took the guns from their grandfather without his permission.
