While Republicans were anxiously awaiting the resultsof primary elections Tuesday night, President Barack Obama was relaxing courtside at a first-round NCAA men’s basketball game between Western Kentucky University and Mississippi Valley State. According to the Washington Times, Obama flew with British Prime Minister aboard Air Force One to attend the game in Dayton, Ohio.
So what did Obama's boys' night out cost U.S. taxpayers?
At a cost of roughly $180,000 per hour to operate Air Force One, the trip cost taxpayers at least $365,000, not including the staff costs and other expenses.
