--Bob Walker, senior adviser to Newt Gingrich. News broke yesterday that history is repeating itself and Gingrich's campaign has more debt than cash. Back in December, the campaign was bragging about seeing "Mitt money." Now it's gone and "fundraising is not going to be a crucial element." Walker might be the only person in the history of modern politics to think money won't be a "crucial element" in running an effective campaign. Other than Alvin Greene.
