The moderator for Monday night's presidential debate, CBS's Bob Schieffer, accidentally called the deceased Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden "Obama's bin Laden." He did throw in an "ahh" as if to catch himself in the middle, so it seemed it was more of an oops than anything else:
