SNL: 'Macho Man' Joe Biden Threatens to Use an 'Army of Well-Armed Homosexuals' Against GOP at Post-Inauguration Celebration

"Forget the inspirational speeches.  This one's about fun!  We're going to have cotton candy, an amateur dog show, a bouncy castle..."

Vice President Joe Biden isn't the most serious of politicians, his gaffes ranging from awkward to frighteningly inappropriate.  Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live decided to imagine what a party thrown by the lauded elected official would look like.

Screen Crush summarizes:

The sketch takes the form of a video advertisement/invitation to the Vice President’s “Biden Bash” in his home state of Delaware, where attendees will get to see Biden perform various feats of strength and sing the national anthem in the style of Jimi Hendrix (among other things). Ultimately, it’s all just an excuse for [Jason Sudeikis] to take his already silly version of Joe Biden to ridiculous new heights, but there’s nothing wrong with that!

"Forget the pageantry.  Forget the inspirational speeches.  This one's about fun!  We're going to have cotton candy, an amateur dog show, a bouncy castle...Do you think you can jump higher than me?  Well now you can find out in a game I call, 'Do You Think You Can Jump Higher Than Me?" the pretend-vice president advertises.

He then swerves into politics: "And if you thought Barack upset conservatives with his second inaugural address, wait until I take the mike and let the GOP have it Macho Man Randy Savage style!"

Now wearing a cowboy hat and tassels over his suit, he says in an outrageous accent: "Oh yeah, brother, I'm coming for your guns, alright!  I'm bringing an army of well-armed homosexuals, and they're going to run wild on you!  Oh yeah!  What are you gonna do when Macho Man Joe Biden comes to you, oh yeah!"

The video concludes with Biden in a karate costume showing how he would fend off a number of attackers as a voice says all proceeds from the event will fund the Biden 2016 presidential exploratory committee.
