It looked like peaches and cream for the folks behind the camera interviewing those gathered at the National Young Feminist Leadership Conference in Washington, D..C. late last month.
The reporter with the microphone asked attendees what feminism meant to them and what it could mean to others, and it was all smiles and positivity and declarations that feminism was "for everyone" and "more inclusive."
That is until they learned the reporter was from Campus Reform, a conservative news outlet that focuses on college students.
One guy kind of said it all as he reacted with quite the non-subtle, "Oh...ohhhhh..."
The woman on the left in the below photo spelled it out plainly: "You guys aren't wanted here."
But you have to hand to conference organizers for their efficiency and attention to detail: As the reporter — who frequently asked why she, as a woman, was being stereotyped just because she represented a conservative news site — several in-charge-types quickly got in interviewees' faces and warned them about Campus Reform.
Some even bodily intervened and ushered people away.
