Is flowery terminology that indicates "divorce" trending among celebrity couples on the rocks?

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin reportedly went through a "conscious uncoupling."

Now singer-songwriter Jewel and her rodeo cowboy husband Ty Murray, 44, are embarking on a "tender undoing."

"My husband, friend and partner of 16 years and I have decided to get a divorce," the 40-year-old singer clarified on her website.

Jewel added that the couple will remain allies as "we learn to redraw ourselves in whatever new shape we find as separate people."
