Glenn Beck on Monday expressed grave concern that President Barack Obama is "in trouble" after a fence-jumper managed to make it through the front doors of the White House for the first time ever.
"Is the president safe?" Beck asked on his radio program. "Are the Secret Service understaffed, worn out, do they have a sense of mission? Are they too tired from making it with hookers? Are they drunk? I don't know. But I have been saying this from the time that the White House had a breach of security at that first gala dinner, where people just strolled in that weren't even on the White House guest list."
"That doesn't happen," Beck continued. "And it's happened over and over and over again at this White House. This president is in trouble. Can we please have somebody pay attention to what is happening with the Secret Service?"
Beck said those emphasizing that the man accused of breaching the White House grounds is a veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and was "only" carrying a folded knife are missing the point.
"You don't make it over the fence at my house," Beck said. "It's the president's house. You made it over the fence? ... They are saying, 'We told him to stop, we told him to stop.' How about you tackle him? I mean, I have seen this happen before with other presidents. They tackle them on the front lawn."
"I don't know if anyone noticed, but they are talking about flying the black flag of [the Islamic State] over the White House," Beck added. "I don't think now would be a good time to cut back on security."
