Ukrainian Band Taps Into Touchscreens to Promote Latest Single

Apple fans around the world use their devices to complete a variety of small tasks everyday. But a Ukrainian band is using the touchscreen devices to tap into something much bigger.

The band, "Brunettes Shoot Blondes," released its latest single, "Knock Knock" Sept. 17. The official music video for the song, as also seen on the band's website, shows a man chasing a woman by synchronizing more than two minutes worth of short clips across a number of iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks.

The video captures the story of a man chasing a woman. The woman drives a car through a screen of app icons which leaves the man struggling to maneuver his way over the pile of "debris."  At one point, an iPhone even transforms into an elevator as the woman keeps trying to ditch him. But, like any great story, it's what happens at the end of the video that you have to see.

Watch as the animated tale falls into place:

On its website, the band describes itself as "an indie/electro/pop band from Ukraine" that is " a part of the “New Ukrainian Independent Scene." The band is currently performing on stages across Ukraine and the rest of Europe. You can download their music on iTunes or Amazon.
