GOP Supporters Allegedly Explode on Reporters for 'Interrupting' Prayer With Live Broadcast: 'F***ing B***h!

"Where was Jesus in this room?"

A group of GOP supporters allegedly berated news reporters for broadcasting during a prayer at a watch party hosted Texas Lt. Governor-elect Dan Patrick during last week's elections.

Mediaite pulled the KTRK-TV footage showing the start of the commotion after Houston-based blogger Mike McGuff noted that reporter Foti Kallergis claimed to have been “assaulted” live on the air.

The footage shows Kallergis reporting live on various Texas elections. Patrick is heard giving a prayer in the background. At one point, a man is heard telling the reporter to be quiet during the prayer. KTRK cut away before the alleged altercation began.

KRIV-TV reporter Isiah Carey reportedly witnessed the incident and claimed KTRK’s Deborah Wrigley had to intervene. Carey also alleged another female attendee called Wrigley a “f***ing b**ch.”

The man who allegedly started the altercation had not been identified as of Monday afternoon.
