After Watching This Horrifying Video, You Might Find It Hard to Believe Police Are Merely Considering Charges Against the Driver

To top it off, she appeared to kick snow in the woman's face.

At the beginning of what appears to be surveillance video recorded along a tiny Russian street, 37-year-old Marina Skhurina looked like she was having problems driving her brand-new Nissan through the snow.

Then Skhurina's 67-year-old neighbor exited a door carrying a basket and walked across the road — apparently on her way to feed her chickens, according to Metro.

Not that Skhurina seemed to care much that a pedestrian was in her path; she plowed ahead through the snow and clipped the elderly woman's left arm.

As the 67-year-old crumbled to the ground, Skhurina quickly got out.

But not to see if the elderly woman was OK...but to berate her for apparently nicking her vehicle.

But as Skhurina turned in a huff and headed back inside her Nissan, her injured neighbor began to fall forward...

...and landed underneath the vehicle, right in the path of its right rear wheel.

Then Shkurina gunned her engine and ran over her neighbor.

The she reversed it...and ran over her again.

Then yet another big reverse, this time apparently right over the elderly woman's head.

When the woman attempted to move and fell flat in the street, Skhurina again exited her Nissan.

But once again not to see if her neighbor was OK...but to yell at her. To top it off, she appeared to kick snow in the woman's face.

Skhurina eventually figured things out and called for help, saying she didn't realize she was running over her neighbor and admitted she was angry that her vehicle was scratched, Metro reported.

Incredibly the elderly victim suffered "light injuries" only, Metro added; the snow apparently protected body from the full force of the tires.

Police confirmed they are considering charges against the driver, Metro reported.
