Watch All Hell Break Loose at a High School Hockey Game

"Got pretty vicious."

This cellphone video of an intense hockey brawl already in progress isn't of a NHL game, but comes from a high school league in Minnesota.

Watch the footage:

Referees handed out 18 penalties for the fight between eight players from Eden Prairie and Benilde-St. Margaret's high schools Saturday, but that's not all. According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, three players from Eden Prairie, the winning team, were disqualified from this week's final game for their actions.

"This changes everything,” Eden Prairie coach Lee Smith told the Star Tribune. “We have to change our line combinations, we’ve got to shuffle our power play, we’ve got to shuffle our penalty kill.”

Shaun Durocher, Eden Prairie's goalie, told the newspaper the fight "got pretty vicious."

"I like to fight and stuff like that," he added, according to the Star Tribune. "I think it’s a big part of the game."
