As the world waited for Hillary Clinton's anticipated Sunday announcement that she will run for president in 2016 — an announcement expected at noon but which still hadn't come by 2:30 p.m. EDT — Rand Paul, the Kentucky senator who already launched his presidential bid, tweeted a curious message.

That's right: Paul's incredibly quirky online store is selling Clinton's "100% genuine erased clean email server."
