The Internet has been up in arms after Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump retweeted a quote from a parody account comparing him to the 1940s Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini.
Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" deemed the week of Super Tuesday and the latest GOP debate "Fascist Week" in honor (or dishonor) of Trump.
After Trump experienced overwhelming success in the Super Tuesday caucuses, the show launched a tweetstorm highlighting some of the billionaire businessman's seemingly fascist qualities:
The comedy world has come out strong against Trump. Sunday's episode of "Last Week Tonight" on HBO was dedicated entirely to Trump, or, as host John Oliver affectionately called him, Drumpf.
