Mrs. Trump, What Did You Think?': CNN's Dana Bash Asks Trump's Wife About His Shocking Penis Reference. Here's Her Response.

After Republican presidential contender Donald Trump seemingly made a reference to the size of his penis during Thursday night's debate, CNN's Dana Bash approached him and his wife, Melania, to ask about the candidate's shocking comments.

"I can’t believe I’m gonna ask you this question, but do you realize you’re probably the first person in American history, maybe world history, to make a joke about your you-know-what on a debate stage?" she asked.

See Trump's shocking comments from the debate below:

Trump, though, responded that he had merely made a comment about his hands during the debate and nothing more — a response to fellow candidate Marco Rubio's recent claim that Trump has small hands.

"I have very powerful hands," Trump told Bash.

But Bash said that Trump had gone farther than simply defending the size of his hands. Trump, who didn't admit to this claim, continued on by saying that he has "relatively large hands" and that he felt that his response was "a good moment."

From there, Bash turned to Melania Trump for comment.

"Mrs. Trump, what did you think of that moment?" the reporter asked.

After laughing, she said that it was "a great moment" and that it was "fine."

"He was attacked," Melania Trump said. "Marco Rubio attacked him and he responded."
